Governance

SPA is a Registered Organisation under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 and is governed by an elected Council that includes some of Australia’s most prominent screen industry professionals.

Under the management of the Australian Electoral Commission, elections are held annually with Producer and Services Council representatives selected from the full Producer and Services categories. All full Producer and Services members' primary contacts are eligible to stand for election and vote.
